Barclaycard - Northampton

Barclaycard have completed the move to their new Brackmills site. NAS have designed and installed a fully automatic waste paper trim extraction system. Ten Pitney Bowes machines are connected into the overhead ductwork. A powerful fan sucks the paper and discharges it into a compactor. A separator allows the paper to be deposited directly into the compactor, the conveying air and any dust passes into a reverse pulse filter.
The fans are fitted inside sound enclosures, two inline silencers are fitted to ensure quiet running. A dedicated compressor provides the filter with a constant supply of compressed air.
