CCA Stationary - Preston

CCA Stationary are producers of all types of birthday cards etc.
C & C Recycling Limited asked NAS to design and install a Paper Trim Extraction System which would discharges the paper/card into a single compactor.

The equipment serves two Guillotine machines. These produce large quantities of bulky waste card.
The installation has cut down dramatically the amount of labour time to dispose of the offcuts.

There is also a side loader fitted to the compactor, this enables the larger sheets and offcuts to be fed directly into the compactor.
