Banbury Litho

When Banbury Litho moved premises it was an ideal time to upgrade their waste paper trim extraction system. Unfortunately it was not possible to have any external waste trim sytems. Nicholls Air Systems Limited installed a large fan and separator inside the factory. The fan was housed inside an acoustic enclosure. Inline duct silencers helped reduce the air noise from the fan. The fan served guillotines, stiching lines and folders. The waste paper is deposited into a rotary compactor. the ectracted air is discharge through the roof.
