Alibones Recycling

Alibones Recycling have relocated from their Moulton Park site to a brand new Bespoke site in Earls Barton.
Incorporated at the factory is the latest technology in recycling machinery for the waste paper and waste card industry.
NAS sister company's Nicholls Jovisa and Nicholls Engineering services designed the factory layout. David Nicholls discussed the needs of the Gray brothers, (who run the site), it was agreed to supply an Jovisa JS 2000 V200 Baler to handle the high throughputs of paper. There are four 75 kW motors powering the baler. In addition to the baler a Jovisa T1500 shredder was supplied this is driven by a 100 kW motor. A dust extraction system has been supplied to ensure a clean environment.
