Air / Product Separators
The static screen only allows the conveying air and fine dust to pass through to atmosphere or to a dust collector.
Bag Filters
We have installed hundreds of the single dust bag filter plants.These have been used at small wood working factories.At a large battery manufactuer, we installed three 30,000 cfm filters.These were consantly rated units. With the large amounts of air leaving the building it was decided to return the filtered air back into the building.
There were three layers of filtration, firstly there was a cellulose cartridge filter, then a bank of pre filters followed by H.E.P.A filters.

Compactors
Our sister company manufacturers two sizes of compactors. The 150 size and the higher through put 200 series.

We are able to source from our sister company, Nicholls Engineering Services Limited, both simple and complex contol panels.
Cyclones
The cyclone allows approximately 95% of the product to be filtered out.They are ideal as a work horse to take out the heavy load, before the air and fine dust are then filtered if necessary in a secondary bag filter.
